We work with youth groups, after-school programs, summer camps and any youth programs and organizations interested in hosting yoga classes for their young participants. Youth Yoga is tailored to each individual group in order to ensure that the children can benefit from the class. We also work with children with ADHD in a way that helps them to develop focus and calmness. Youth yoga not only includes physical exercise (postures) but also breathing, concentration, mindful behavior, affirmation and meditation exercises.
